Identifying High Potential Teams

The one thing angel investors can agree upon is that the entrepreneur is the largest single factor for a startup company's success. What methodologies are available to evaluate entrepreneurs; what is the methodology's foundation; and does supporting data exist to validate the methodology's use?  In this session, we will discuss different options and reach out to the audience for their best practices.
  • Classic applications: Steve Phrenzinger’s application of Meyers Briggs
  • Online testing, comparing to past results from successful entrepreneurs. We will feature Entremetrics as an example of the testing tools available.
  • What does the academic research show?  We will discuss several studies that have early results.
  • Audience best practices
We do not endorse any specific method. The goal of this session is to create awareness of these methodologies and add to your investor tool box to help you make better investment decisions.
